How do I apply for membership for 2025?

When does the Club OPEN/CLOSE in 2025?
The Cassandra courts are now available for play as of April 26.
Three Valleys courts Nets were up and courts available for booking as of Monday, April 14.
Cassandra will close in mid October; we are dependent on when NYWTC installs the bubble for teh fall/winter season. 3 Valleys courts will be available for play until October 31.

What does a PVTC membership include?
Your membership fee covers you from April to October. Please check pvtc/membership

Are the GATE CODES the same for both locations? For 2025 they may be different. Members have been issues the codes by email.

Do you have a Family Membership? No. Each member must have a paid account with us and have a unique email address. Do you have a senior rate? No.

What are the Club RULES? The Club Rules can be accessed here
Are GUESTS allowed? Yes - for a $10 guest fee that is charged to the member booking the court.
How do I pay my guest fee? Log into your CourtReserve account and go to Billing/Transactions.
Do I have to PAY court fees? No all court bookings and club activities (Adult House League/Round Robins, Socials, Teams are FREE- you pay a one-time fee to join the club.

How do I CHANGE my password/username? Once you join PVTC, you can log in to your CourtReserve account and click on ‘Personal Information’ to change your password and/or username. If you forget your password, click on ‘Forgot Password’ on the login panel.

When are the Round Robins played? Monday and Saturday evenings from 7-9pm. Sign up is available one week prior at 6pm. Members log into your account and select ‘Round Robins’. The dates will be listed for selection. We are hoping to start the Round Robins on Saturday, May 24th/Monday May 26 etc. You must have some experience in playing doubles to participate effectively. You will be matched up with players of a similar level.

When does BOOTCAMP start? Bootcamp with Sasha from 8am to 10am every Sunday will begin on Sunday, May 4th. To join Bootcamp, contact Sasha directly.

Can I see other members CONTACT INFORMATION? There is a ‘Player Directory’ feature on everyone’s member portal (once you log in). Members’ names and emails are displayed.

WHAT IF I do not want my contact information displayed on the Player Directory? Log in and access your Personal Information - check the box that says Hide my Personal information……

Can I book 2 hours for SINGLES? SINGLES is 1 hour. If the court is free afterwards, continue.

Can I book 2 hours for DOUBLES? Yes

Is there a MAXIMUM number of hours I can play per day? Please keep your court booking to once a day for doubles or twice for two separate hours of singles. Restrictions will only be imposed if members have a problem securing a court.

How many days in ADVANCE can I book a court? 7 days in advance. If today is Monday, you can book for the following Monday. Advanced booking time is 7:30am.

What are your PUBLIC HOURS? 4pm to 7pm on Saturday and Sunday, beginning Saturday, May 3.
Public must adhere to the 30minute rule of play on the hour and half-hour. If no one is waiting, you can continue to play until the next time change.
Members cannot book courts during public hours but can still come out and play. However, if members of the public are waiting and come to take you off court, they are allowed to. After 30 min you can choose a court to resume play.

How do I BOOK a court/sign up for a Round Robin? Log into your CourtReserve account and you will see menu items “Book a Court’ and ‘Round Robins’

Do the LIGHTS come on automatically? The CASSANDRA lights come on and shut off automatically. At 3 Valleys, lights must be turned on ONLY AFTER 6:30pm.
